That’s why we’re transitioning away from traditional percentage-based fees and introducing flat-rate monthly pricing for residential property management.
Why We’re Moving Away From Percentage Fees
For decades, property management has been priced as a percentage of rent—typically 8–10%.
Here’s the problem:
- A higher rent doesn’t mean more work
- Rising rents automatically increase fees, even when service stays the same
- Owners end up penalized for market conditions they don’t control
We don’t think that’s right.
Our new flat-rate pricing reflects the actual work required to manage a property, not how high rents climb.
