SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the text messaging program offered by American West Realty and Management LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Program Description

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
2. Eligibility and Consent

- You authorize us to send text messages to that number as described when you enrolled.
Your consent applies only to American West Realty and Management LLC and the specific messaging program for which you enrolled. Do not provide a phone number belonging to another person.

Message frequency varies. Message frequency may increase during active transactions, appointments, or promotional events.

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s standard messaging, data, and other charges may apply to each message sent or received. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You may also communicate an opt-out request by contacting us at support@rentawr.com.
After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming that your request has been processed. You will then receive no further messages from that program unless you enroll again. Opting out of marketing messages will not prevent us from sending non-marketing messages when permitted by law, such as responses you request or essential transaction and account notices.

7. Supported Carriers and Delivery
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
The SMS program may not be available through every carrier or compatible with every mobile device.
8. Mobile-Number Changes
If you change, transfer, or deactivate your mobile number, please update your account or SMS preferences promptly by contacting support@rentawr.com.
9. Privacy
We process information collected through the SMS program in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.americanwestrealty.com/privacy-policy.
We do not sell or share SMS opt-in consent or mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the SMS program, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
10. Program Changes and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS program or these SMS Terms at any time, subject to applicable law. Changes will become effective when posted at [SMS Terms URL] or on the effective date stated in an updated version.
We may terminate your participation if we reasonably believe you have violated these SMS Terms or misused the program.

12. General Terms
These SMS Terms supplement our general Terms of Service, available at www.rentawr.com. If these SMS Terms conflict with the general Terms of Service regarding the SMS program, these SMS Terms will control.
These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
